Work stages

Methods of work

First of all, we made a market and competitors analysis. Before starting the design phase, we analyzed the services architecture. It gives us information on how to limit the number of decisions that a potential client is obligated to make before finalization of the shopping process. The next step was to design low-fidelity mock-ups to better understand the style in which the company and users want to maintain the entire system.

Market and competitors analysis

To find the best solutions we made an analysis of the market and competitors based on good UX practices and five internet shops that provide similar services. Following our criteria, we have developed the best strategy for our client.

User flow and AI

We created user flow to avoid errors during designing screens. This process helps us while designing a user-friendly e-commerce shop. Here is one example.

Lo-fidelity wireframes

We made Lo-fidelity mock-ups to better understand the style in which the company and users want to maintain the entire system. Knowing needs and priorities helps us meet the user’s expectations.

Visual Design

To harmonize the e-commerce shop we used shadows & depth and changed the font on the whole website. Our goal was to change placement of the section on the side to facilitate the shopping process. Visual design is based on three colors: black, white and orange. Simply color palette gives an opportunity to find a selected product easily and orange elements attract user’s attention by building associations related to the construction companies and are derived from brand colors.
