As a result of our joint work, we have created a well-navigated portal, which gives the opportunity for quick and trouble-free transactions, in a convenient and reliable manner, to each person who will be interested in the services of the portal.
Our role during the redesign of the printer rental website, was to improve the user path to make the portal much more pleasant for users. We were keen to improve the overall image of the site.
The context of the project was to increase the potential audience, to increase traffic to the service issue itself. They set out to improve the quality of the content that appears and is designed to encourage potential collaborations.
The methodology we used was to meticulously study user interaction, intuitively improving the information architecture to support user navigation.
The analytics we used to better understand the issues on the user side inform the process we followed. The UX designs are integral to the personas we created.
The corporate identity system and the construction of a user-friendly interface were the priority goals, on the scale of improving the image and attracting a significant number of interested users.
As we developed the research, analysis, personas, and the entire ux journey, we created integral and accurate documentation. This ensured that every step we took was carefully laid out and planned beforehand.
