Information architecture it’s one of the crucial elements of the projects. IA includes context, content, and users. It’s a discipline that focused on how information is organized within digital products and also how labeled on the website or in the software. Designers create apps and websites, they layout each screen so that the user can easily find the information they need. UX architects determine the right organization and flow. Content is the reason why people visit websites Time is the most precious resource people have. That is why it’s desirable to well-designed information architecture allowing the user to get to the searched content as efficiently and as quickly as possible. When finding information becomes too complicated or too slow, there’s a risk that people will simply abandon it. And when people abandon an app or a website, it’s more difficult to bring them back. It’s important is to make sure that the content is easy to find and this is where information architecture design plays a key role. The task diagram contains elements with the same functionality. Creating a group of content on the website or in the software is similar to store shelves in the real world. It consists of four components: organizing the content into structures, proper naming, navigation which is a system helping to navigate the site, and search mechanics, allowing the user to formulate queries.
