Usability test

Usability testing is focused on observing users working with digital products. This activity is always influenced by the need to weigh the issues with the time and money against the desired outcome of a usability study. Usability testing of design may give a lot of benefits such as increasing website traffic and improved brand loyalty. We think that is never too soon to start getting user feedback and is one of the most effective methods of verifying and understand them. Testing gives also an answer if the applied solutions for design are useful and efficient for business goals. Researchers create deep questions and allow to check how real users are moving within the digital products and where they find issues with understanding content or performing an action. The answers show strengths and weaknesses as well as gathering information needed to develop hot-fixes in concept. It helps to improve solutions in the digital product and improve users’ experience during use. It is easier to change a model than a finished product. The course of the test is recorded, and the obtained audio-video recordings allow us to draw conclusions and prepare a report, which is useful during presentation and discussion.
