Board presentation summarizes the discovery phase of the project. Reporting presents an opportunity for researchers to translate their findings into actionable changes. It also gives a rationale for how user-friendly the product is at the moment and what improvements can be made. The purpose behind this stage is to show the board what changes are necessary and for what reasons, which are all mentioned in the report. All data is supported by audio-video recordings containing user statements recorded during the research. They show stakeholders how their customers think and what changes they would welcome. This is followed by an open discussion during which the next steps of the project, such as UX / UI design, development of the project’s soul, or validation of the concept during usability tests are settled on. Due to the importance of the meeting, all stakeholders should participate.
