In-depth interviews it’s great tool for exploratory user research. IDT is a qualitative research technique that involves conducting intensive individual interviews with a small number of respondents to explore their perspectives on a particular idea, program, or situation. IDI method includes 5 (or more) interviews with every persona (the more the better). The main goal is to explore in-depth a respondent’s point of view, experiences, feelings, and perspectives. The data we collect is qualitative, which means that we can have to gain insight into the experiences, feelings, and perspectives of the interviewees and it brings us to the final stage where the product is available and high quality for users.
