User Flow - user needs

User flows are one of the most useful yet misunderstood tools in the UX industry today. If you’re would like to design the best possible flow, you have to have the best possible understanding of your user. User flows is based on user’s needs and motivations allows to make informed choices when determining how to get users into that flow like state when interacting with product. It’s important to have answer what are the needs of your users? what problems would they like solved? What features are most important to them and why? Answer for those questions could potentially navigate to identify key pathways to find final interaction. These pathways are generally those that are the most simple and direct. Identifying these key pathways will make creating your user flow a breeze. UX Flow may not be linear — it contains decision nodes, paths, modes, and loops that show all possible interactions with the product. Making user flows it’s a good way if you have the existing solution and you can validate Journey Map. The advantage of flowchart is that well understood by people not related to the design industry. However, this is definitely worth to be made.
