How E-UX.PRO LTD handles personal data, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data collected through this website is E-UX.PRO LTD, company number 12828926, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Suite 18 Equity Chambers, 249 High Street North, Poole, England, BH15 1DX. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect, and why
We collect the minimum needed to answer you and to run the site.
- Enquiry data — the name, email address, company and message you submit through the contact form. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry, and steps towards a contract where the enquiry concerns services.
- Technical data — information your browser sends when you load a page. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in keeping the site secure and available.
- Analytics data — only if you consent, as described in the cookie policy. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
What we do not do
- We do not load analytics, advertising or embedded third-party content before you consent.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not ask for personal data we have no purpose for.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and to maintain a reasonable business record, and is then deleted. Consent records are kept for as long as the consent is relied upon, so we can demonstrate it. Where a contract exists, we keep data for the period required by law.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of suppliers to run the business — for example hosting and email providers — acting as processors under written agreements. Where a supplier processes data outside the UK, the transfer relies on an appropriate safeguard. We will confirm the current list on request.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can ask to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to processing, and receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — through consent settings or by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before that point.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first at [email protected] so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we will update the date below and, where the change is significant, say so on this page. The date is shown so you can tell which version applied.
