Privacy, compliance & IT advisory for business
e-ux reads as e-experience — the whole experience a customer has with a business, not just the interface. We started with user experience. Now we protect it. Online stores are where we are deepest, and we also work with small, medium and large businesses outside e-commerce, including the marketing agencies that bring us in.
Why we changed
Working with online stores, we saw that the customer experience is about trust as much as design. Consent, data, cookies and compliance shape every checkout — they decide whether a customer finishes, hesitates, or leaves. That is why the work moved from screens to the whole experience.
A consent request that arrives at the wrong moment, a checkout that asks for one field too many — trust is lost in seconds, and the customer is gone.
Compliance decisions are commercial decisions. They move conversion, basket size and support load, so they need to be made with numbers, not fear.
Consent must be freely given, specific and recorded. Doing that well and doing it persuasively are the same job, done in the right order.
What we do
UX stays as our perspective — how people actually behave. UI is no longer part of what we sell. What we sell is judgement: about privacy, about the systems behind a business, and about the evidence when something is disputed.

Technical decisions on e-commerce platforms and integrations — what to build, what to buy, and what a change will cost you later.
Evidence you can act on: how privacy choices affect conversion, or where a business actually stands against the rules that apply to it.

Where we differ
Privacy, the systems behind the business, and the evidence when something is disputed. We work across all three, which is why we can tell you which of them actually needs attention first — and which can wait.
Clients
The case studies stay — read in the context they were always about: customer experience.
